Versatility and zero worries is the best way I can describe my experience with PedalCell and it makes me look forward to ride longer unsupported.
After putting my goggles back on, mostly filled with water, I noticed that the contact lens of my left eye twisted and floating, and at that moment the alarm rang and adrenaline took over. After a few seconds to fix the goggles and conform to the idea that the visibility was going to be minimal and single-eyed for the rest of the race, I got my hands back in the water.
When I received an email notification on my cell phone, I got up suddenly, left the restaurant where I dined, and went into the cold November air to assimilate what had just happened. My Norseman ID had been one of 250 drawn out of 4800 applications to Norseman!!
As I opened the envelope, I found them repaired, as good as possible – with some new skin panels placed and sew in place of the old ones, some of which were removed. But it wasn’t simply the (free) repair and the Rapha repair service canvas bag they returned in. They came with a note from the person whom repaired them (…)
